I had a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was superb, being just above the subway station. This made it extremely convenient for me to explore the city and even travel to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my trip. Additionally, the kitchenette with a washing machine and dryer provided great convenience for me to do my laundry. I was highly impressed with the quality of service and room amenities offered here.

Not far from a train station. The hotel was within walking distance of suzhou river. The venue was conveniently located. Great selection for breakfast.

The staff was nice but hardly spoke english.

There was no kitchen in the room's as described on the site, if you think that you are staying in a hotel apartment style room , it's not the same. the kitchen only has a sink and cabinets that are empty. there is no stove to cook or cooking ware, not even a spoon. Wrong description ....

We had a great stay at a serviced residence near Hongqiao airport and subway. The location was perfect for us as we needed easy access to the airport and train station. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were impressed with their English skills. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and we enjoyed the view from our room. a convenient and comfortable stay.

The gym was basic and could use some improvement.

Had been upgraded to 2-bedroom studio as we have 3 people travelling together. Spacious bedroom & living area, esp 1 en-suite bedroom definitely is convenient to couple. Toilet utilities are good quality branded goods. New & neatly decorated studio, same as you see in web. Polite security guard, make you feel like at home. Good location, just above Metro exit 1!

The room was extra spacious (the hotel upgraded me to a very spacious 2-bedroom-148 sq.m. from the regular 2-bedroom)! It was clean and staffs are friendly. The subway station line 2 is just downstairs, making it very easy to commute.

We've booked an apartment, which has 2 comfortable rooms and a dining and living room that is suitable for family activities. The apartment is clean and the breakfast is fine. The location is very convenient - just above the Metro station.

The location of Regalia Residences Changning was perfect for exploring Shanghai. Being above a metro station made it incredibly convenient to get around the city. There was also a great international grocery store right across the street. The spacious floorplan and well-equipped kitchenette in my room were a pleasant surprise. The free breakfast was satisfying and the price for all these amenities was definitely worth it.

Very good location just above a metro station (line 2). the persons at the reception are very helpful and speak english fluently. the rooms have very good design and quality furnishings.

breakfast could be better. needs more variety and more efficient service. we had the 2-bedroom deluxe suite, but the second bedroom had neither TV in the room nor internet access. there is also some noise from the busy street in front of the hotel. at certain points, especially at nights, there was a smell (like sewage leak) at the appartment.
